1. How much is
delivery?
Delivery fees start at $3.99 for
online orders per restaurant and $4.99 for in-zone
area phoned in orders (additional fee will be added for
out-of-zone based on restaurant & delivery
locations). A 15%- 20% gratuity for your driver is
suggested on all orders. A 15% gratuity is added to all
orders over $50.00. It is NOT added to all orders. An
out-of-zone please call office at 973-256-4550 to make
special arrangements if we can delivery in your
area.
2. What about tips?
Our drivers use their own vehicles and gas. They
work hard to assure that your meal is delivered to you
promptly & professionally. As with all food service
wait staff, they rely on tips as their major source of
income. Unlike restaurant wait staff, our drivers do not
serve multiple tables. They dedicate themselves
exclusively to your order. The entire delivery process
for our drivers from start to finish can take up to one
hour.
A 15-20% gratuity is suggested on all orders.
Our drivers sincerely appreciate your generous
consideration.
3. When should I
order?
Orders must be placed at least 1
hour before desired delivery time.
4. Can
I place an order for a future time?
YES! We
recommend placing an Advanced Order to help ensure your
desired delivery time. Advanced orders can be placed
online up to 5 days before desired delivery time. Under
" delivery time" in the order window, click on the
highlighted "HERE" button. This will allow you to choose
a day and time for your delivery. You may place an order
even months in advance by calling us during our regular
hours. Advanced orders must be paid for in advance using
credit card payment.
5. How many
restaurants can I order from at one
time?
You may order from as many restaurants
as you wish, however, a seperate delivery fee will be
added for each restaurant ($3.99 for the next restaurant
pick up). Please keep in mind that orders from more than
one restaurant may arrive at different times from
separate drivers.
6. What are your hours?
Monday-Thursday 11:00am to 2:00pm &
5:00pm to 9:00pm
Friday 11:00am to 2:00pm &
5:00pm to 10:00pm
Saturday 2:00pm to
10:00pm

7. When should I order in
advance?
We recommend that you schedule
lunch orders 2 hours in advance. You may schedule a
lunch delivery either by:
(1) clicking the red
"Advance Order" button at the top of this page and
selecting your desired delivery date & time.

8. Do you take
special orders outside of normal delivery
hours?
For orders that are outside of our
normal delivery hours, please call our office at:
973-256-4550 to make special arrangements. We would be
pleased to accomodate your delivery needs no matter the
day or time!
9. Can I place orders a day
in advance?
You can place an Advanced Order
24 hours a day on our web site and select your desired
delivery date and time! Simply click the"Delivery Time
then click "here", the pick your
date and time.
10. How long does it
take?
We do our best to get your order to
you as quickly as possible, almost always within 45-60
minutes . Please take into consideration that restaurant
preparation time, weather and traffic may affect us from
time to time, therefore we cannot guarantee a delivery
time. Advanced Orders take Priority.

Will my food arrive to me fresh?
Absolutely!
We submit your order to the restaurant for preparation
based on driver availability. This means that your order
begins being prepared only when we have a driver on the
way to the restaurant to pick it up. Your order goes
immediately into a specialized thermal insulated
catering bag to keep it hot and fresh, and then it is
delivered directly to you. You couldn't get it hotter if
you went to get it yourself!
12. How do I
pay?
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard,
Discover & American Express. Cash is paid to the
driver upon delivery. Credit cards are processed on our
secure site at the time of your order. All transactions
reflect a 3% cash discount.
13. What
about drinks and plastic ware?
We can
provide you with individual 12oz cans or a 6 pack of
sodas. We also offer bottled spring water in 16.9oz
bottles. Plastic ware can also be provided at a small
charge.
14. Can I use restaurant
coupons?
We're sorry, but no. Our
participating restaurants still want to serve you in
person for those nights out. So save those coupons for a
top quality, complete service, in house
meal.
15. What do you do with information
you collect from me?
Your privacy is our
primary concern and we will never share your information
with any outside person or entity. We store only needed
personal information for order completion and direct
contact in our secure and private database. So remember
your password.
16. What else do I need to
know?
Restaurants menus and prices are
subject to change. Orders cannot be cancelled once
placed . Call us immediately at 973-256-4550 if the
restaurant has incorrectly packaged your order to
schedule a re-delivery or to receive credit. We reserve
the right to refuse service at our discretion. Thank You
for your business.
17. What if I don't
see my favorite restaurant?
Let the owner
or manager know that you would like their food delivered
to you by MealManUSA.com
18. What if I am
not satisfied with the service or
meals?
Note: All sales are final.
We
will make every effort to make sure you are satisfied
with our service and your meal.
We require all
participating restaurants to package your meals
according to your order. Your driver will NOT open the
packaging to verify accuracy or preparation of your
meal. All of our delivery drivers are fully screened and
are fully insured.
